Hello! This is very similar to another practice I can't seem to find again. Where "five little pulses" are done in a standing side stretch, and on the floor with opposite hands and legs. Can you please direct me to that practice? Thx.

I believe you are talking about Slow Flow w a Touch of Core, which is my current favorite practice. It is nearly an hour long, but I am usually sad when it is over.
