So lovely. The power of a slow and foundational yoga practice. The cueing for warrior and downward dog poses extremely helpful.
I had fallen out of doing yoga, and I had also fallen out of my connection to self and the rest of the universe. This series was perfect for helping me get back on track, physically and spiritually.
