This class teaches you to breathe a little better into those spaces that the baby occupies. The air you take in makes its way to the baby through the placenta and umbilical cord, and carbon dioxide is removed when you exhale. The more you breathe, the better for you, and your baby. You may wish to sit on a bolster or Birth Ball for this prenatal yoga class. Note: to learn how to make your own bolster at home, click here.

Wow. I’ve done this practice several times a week now since finding it. So many useful techniques & I feel revitalised after practicing it! Perfect for morning, evening, or when I’ve got heartburn but want connect to myself & baby. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much! I'd lost myself for a couple of days and this helped me to be grounded again and find my breath. My baby is so grateful too! Suzanne x

Hi! I love all of these yoga classes, but recently They have been telling me that I am only able to watch them on vimeo. Some of the classes (including this one) do not have a link to vimeo so I am unable to try them.

This was a great addition to my daily practice, I ended with this video and it helped me re-group and get my breath again. Thank you very much for including the meditation/ rest position alternative, it was comfortable and a nice change from the left side!
