The first trimester of pregnancy can be joyful but full of nausea, fatigue and the unknown. The intention of this class is to ground mamas and lead them through postures that will not agitate their symptoms or contribute to any worry or stress in the most sensitive developmental time of their pregnancy.

I loved this practice - especially the goddess pose challenge! Although I've got a ton on my mind these days (and who doesn't? ), it's such an amazing reprieve to have this block of time where i'm completely in the zone and transported away!

I'm super grateful for this class, thank you so much! I've been an active DYWM user but since the start of my second pregnancy I put my mat aside for a bit of time. I missed doing yoga so much that I desperately browsed through the classes today when I accidentally bumped into this awesome course! It was exactly what I needed!:) A bit of stretching and rotations but not too much. It's going to be a lifesaver for me for the upcoming weeks! <3 I can't wait to try your other prenatal classes. Is any of them also recommended for the 1st trimester? many thanks and greetings from chilly Budapest.

Hello! Thank you for joining us from Budapest! Any of my prenatal classes are fine for any trimesters- we just made this class particularly suitable. There will also be two more classes coming that we filmed in late December that are suitable for later in your pregnancy. Because pregnancy is so variable from person to person I would just skip any postures that feel wrong in your body- if you have any blood pressure issues avoid making fast transitions and just be mindful about inverting for too long :) all the best in your journey
