This satisfying hatha yoga class with Melissa combines two great movements for your spine - side stretching and twists. You’ll feel so good (and tall!) after this class. It’s especially great for those that spend a lot of time on the computer and/or sit for long periods of time.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 10 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Lovely calm class with lots of twists. Melissa is one of my favourite teachers because of her relaxed attitude, she often emphasizes taking the pose that works best for you. And she sounds like she has a constant smile on her face :-)

Thoroughly enjoyable session…..calming yet with its challenges too. Melissa is such a gentle influence on my mental state - yet also builds strength and flexibility in my body with her sequences too. Really enjoyable - I’ll return to this practice again for sure.
