I love how slow and grounding this practice is. Also, my hamstrings were very tight and sore this morning and this sequence did a fantastic job of stretching and opening them back up. I wish there were more classes with Shivani on here, I love her calm style of guidance and tips.

The cueing and pacing was awesome. My only feedback is that it was not balanced in the sense of front and back side of hips. every pose was a hamstring opener, which left me feeling very good in the hamstrings and very tight in the psoas/quads.
