Wonderful. I have come to often rely on your neck and shoulder stretches, but had never found this class. It was like an antidote for an issue I did not realize I had.

This class is wonderful. I have it saved now so I will add it to my daily practice. I have had a headache for a week or so trying to adjust to new glasses. This class helps to relieve that pain as well. Thank you David!
