If you do a lot of walking or running, or have flat feet, this class will help return suppleness and strength, increase range of motion, rebuild arches and improve stability.

I've currently got a shoulder injury, so was searching for lower body workouts. This is great . I also have sore feet ( various issues) and this sequence really freed up tight feet and soothed the aches. Yes, I'll try to do it every day!
