Truth in advertising: the class’s description said it would be a good way to end a stagnant period, and I took it after having gone for a few weeks without doing any yoga. I’d describe the class as on the cusp between a beginner and intermediate class. Very good for returning to an intermediate practice if you’ve had to take a break, or for a gentler session.

This description is misleading. The poses are definitely not beginner level, and the instruction/cueing was non existent/very minimal even for an intermediate level class. Also not at all good for returning to practice with all the challenging arm balances (3 to 2 legged dog?). If you’re looking for a class to return to yoga after a break, Fiji has some called « return to mat ».
