Three years since a comment?! There are so many amazing Fiji classes that I think the older ones slip to the bottom.
As others have commented, this is the first time I got a millisecond of airtime with crow. Also appreciated thinking about the strength/stability of my shoulders and hands being similar in structure to my legs and feet.
This has been such a good program - every day I show up looking forward to whatever Fiji has planned for that day.
