I'm doing this as a stand alone class and it's a great way to start the morning. Short and sweet. Hit the spot to wake me up and give me energy. Thank you Fiji.
Good class. Was a bit worried based on some of the other comments. My only real issue was "hopping into chaterunga". I need a half breath or so to go to plank first before I can attempt a "proper" chaterunga.
Great class - Fiji really takes the time to warm up the spine and upper body before diving into a faster paced flow.
Sometimes classes move into the flow a bit too soon for my back and body so I really appreciated this one. Thanks again!
