21-Day Relaxation Course
This 21-day course uses three different techniques to help you relax your entire being on a deep level, each 7 days long. The first uses tense and relax to introduce the mind to the sensation of true relaxation. The second teaches you to scan your body part-by-part. The last 7 days takes you into a wonderful, deeply restful, total body relaxation.

David, I finished your 21-day anxiety class and then started this one, which has been helpful to keep my focus on letting go and learning how to do nothing....so hard! I clench my jaw at night so much that I wake in significant neck/shoulder/head pain, so I'm hoping this facilitates more relaxing in my sleep. I am grappling with the concept of how to not want things to change. After all, I want this pain to go away, and I want to feel more ease in my daily life, but I'm trying to be patient with the process. Thank you for offering me tools so I can develop more peace in my life. Thank you for the feeling you give that you're with me through the journey. I wonder if you've considered any classes about releasing anger. I know that could be helpful for me.
So deeply relaxing. I struggle with healing from burn out and tension in my body, and with this exercise I am able to soothe my body and mind. Thank you for this experience. I sincerely recommend taking this course.
It took me 5 classes to be able to separate the body parts and not putting more effort into tensing each region than required. Finally, I have a sense of what being relaxed means and it is a marvelous feeling!
