Advanced Means Adaptable

I am often taken aback when people label me as an advanced yogi, as I don’t think I would ever describe myself that way. What I would say instead, is that I am an experienced yogi who is actively evolving and expanding my practice.

Yoga For Shoulder Strength and Stability

The primary factor that determines shoulder strength, is in fact shoulder stability.  So, just what is it that makes a shoulder stable or unstable? Instability in the shoulder occurs when the joint shifts in unintended ways (into stress positions) while under load.
