I liked Helen's meditation however she spoke a lot so maybe it could have been a bit longer in between her talking parts to allow meditation?

I really love all of your videos Helen. I am so grateful that they offer a class like yours. I feel so comfortable when you talk. I feel like I am safe to take up more space, that it is OK to lift my belly or even to have a hanging belly, it is OK to use props, it is OK to not be as advanced and flexible as the other people I compare myself to in the advanced yoga class of my mind. Your reminders to continue to be grateful for the body I am in and that it is OK to be comfortable, are such an encouragement to me as I continue to accept myself and change my attitudes. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this! I'm very happy to teach what I teach, and I'm so glad to hear that it's helping you to feel comfortable and supported in your practice and your body. We all deserve to feel that. Sounds like you are on your way, and I'm so so happy to be a part of your journey! :)

I’m just starting yoga. I had gastric bypass surgery last October, and although I’ve lost a lot of weight, I still find the plus-size yoga videos so wonderful and relatable. This meditation is truly centering and calming. Thank you!
