Woman. This was amazing! I followed a bit of the live IG chat with Andrea, and yes, the chaturanga queen has changed her practice, but the intentionality with which we made those 3-4 chaturangas was, as they say these days, everything. My upper body's super weak and it's difficult to stay mindful and not cheat my way through a lot of practices, but this one wouldn't let us! Thank you <3

Thank you for going into detailed instructions on chataranga. Although I've been doing them for years I think I go too fast and take short cuts. This slowed me down and helped me focus my movements.
