A great series and well described, but way too fast. Not enough time to ease the body into the stretch and savor it. I would have finished if there were a way to play it slower.

I loved this! I'm trying to prioritize consistency and daily practice over trying (and failing) to get full hour classes in. This felt so good and now I'm ready to go out dancing! Thank you :-)

excellent post work flow! Wish we spent a few more seconds in down dog, though. Those poses felt rushed.
