felt really good after this short one. It was difficult in the balancing/standing poses including half moon.

I enjoyed this restorative but since I don't have a wall I wasn't able to do that part which lasted about 5 minutes or more. I instead did a shoulder stand/plow. Not my fav of hers though.

Very nice workout. It blended some longer holding poses, modified sun salutations. I was able to the the side plank somewhat so good to build strength. Definitely one to do when I both feel up to it and want to relax!!

very energetic so need to be able to move. Liked it. did it early afternoon on empty stomach. I added in a plow and shoulder stand at the end.

love this one really good stretch in shoulders with the repeated poses but stretched out the body nicely too. wish it had been longer and I would add a blanket across in the middle in T shape and one large rectangle so it is thin too for the kneeling part and then in the end maybe be ready to pause the video and add in a shoulder stand with blankets and even a plough.

I loved this class. I have sciatica pain from running. I wasn't able to do some of the poses due to the pain. Loved the groin release

after the start there is good shoulder openings. She held poses a bit long form me. The log pose was difficult too. I like the next one better.

great class but make sure you are in the mood for 5 minute holds. Definitely need all the props but not for all the poses. Really like the first yin pose.

Very relaxing. Throw in a shoulder stand and plow using the bolster for your feet in plow.

lots of forward folds and really works the hips/joints. Liked it and was a little difficult but doable.

Great class that does side planks along with warrior 2 and intense side bend. I added in the end shoulder stand and plow.

Very good with lots of sun salutations numasakara B then on to great floor stretches especially in the legs and hips. Lots of twists. So relaxing in savasana too.

good overall practice does have shoulder stand and plow. I liked using my bolster for the half hero pose when she lays back.

Very relaxing. A bit slow. YOu got to keep track of your right and left sides because most of the class until the seated positions he always says left.

I didn't want to rate a 4 but up until the lotus push ups it was pretty good for sun salutations. I ended up stopping there and doing the plow and shoulder stand and finished up. I would probably start watching again after that push up thing on through the end next time

it was easy enough for when you are a little tired but you know you need to move a little. I didn't follow along with All the up and down I held positions when I felt like it. Over all nice and relaxing

Nice one for a short yin practice. quite a few asanas were ones I hadn't done in a yin practice. I just tried it again I did have a problem with the shoulder turn on the ground. I did twists instead and held 5 minutesbe prepared for long savansana. I used a blanket in a rectangle for me knees and it was helpful. I couldn't finish the cobra pose hold my shoulders really hurt.

very nice moving meditation using sun salutations. perfect for a short but active practice.

this is a relaxing flow and stretch all around. You don't do wheel which is fine. I really like her prompts.

was challenging but just enough. Strap, 2 blocks and a blanket for your knee if needed Really liked the length of class. Hope it helps my digestive problem.

loved the class. did a lot of side stretches, liked it wasn't a flow. kept it interesting by changing up positions after just a few reps. Uses 2 blocks liked the seat work too.

very slow easy class but not too slow. I did add in a shoulder stand and plow then counterbalanced with bridge but thought it would have been great to do a wheel if I'm up for it.

A tough but enjoyable one. Really felt like I got a workout in s short time.

Thus is a great combo class of mostly yang with sun saluts. and spinal twists (lots). And to end with plow into and finally shoulder stand was good. I had a blanket on hand for my neck and my bolster above my head for my feet in plough.

Nice class. some difficult poses to hold and I couldn't hang w/the pushups. Just be ready for a quick then very relaxing savashana.

I was sweating like a pig so use a towel. I was mostly able to keep up. I really liked the slower pace but it was still hard. plan on a longer shivasana.

advanced beginner because it is a fast flow not that the positions are tough. Really liked it a a short workout.

Good amount of twists and a lot of vinyasa's liked it.

This is part 2 and part one "cured" my pain so I just felt sensitive today. I will see how this one does. Definitely worthwhile the first.

This is a hard class but it is worth it for a 60 minute workout.
