Back to the Mat
If you have taken some time away from yoga, whether it's due to an injury or other life event, this is a great class to get you going once again. Fiji slows down the typical pace of her class to spend time re-establishing yoga principles while moving you through a fun, dynamic vinyasa class.

Hi Fiji - longtime student of yours here! I love this class and always return to it whenever I've had to take a break from yoga. After having covid several times and suffering from some long covid symptoms, even this can be too much when I'm trying to get back into it -- I wonder if you might make a shorter/gentler back to the mat, or even a back to the mat series for when it's a bit harder to get back into exercising? Something like that would be so helpful in these times! Thank you for all of your amazing classes!
