I enjoyed this class. I love it that there are pilates options on DYWM.
It would be good to have the class described as Pilates, instead of Back to Basics. I thought it was yoga.
Will there be a "next Pilates class in this series" or is that description from a different series? I didn't mind the class but wondering why an intermediate Pilates class is called "Back to the Basics."
Really liked this class. Came to it by filtering all classes for Style and Level, so knew what to expect, and my expectations were met. Am not terribly familiar with Pilates terminology and breathing but figured it out easily enough with Kathi's clear instructions.
