This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 - Side Stretches in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. Perfect for all levels, this gentle practice focuses on side bends and stretching out the sides of your torso. Note: You will need a block for this class.

Thank you, Melissa. This series has been the perfect way to ease back into a regular practice. The pace, the options (after a shoulder injury, often I don't know how to adjust) and the gentle flow leave me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for the rest of the day.
