This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 - Side Stretches in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. Perfect for all levels, this gentle practice focuses on side bends and stretching out the sides of your torso. Note: You will need a block for this class.

I like this kind of yoga and Melissa as a teacher but I find the banana shape easier without the block.
