Basics and Beyond : Twists
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 - Twists in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. This fun beginner class with Melissa is focused on different twisting poses including reclined, on all-fours, standing, lunging and seated. These twists help to release the entire spine while also getting into the hips and shoulders for a full body practice.

That was my favorite class of 7 day series so far. My body has been through it the past several months after the birth of my first baby, and my back was in pain all the time till I started yoga back up again. Your 20-30ish minute classes are very busy mom friendly. Thank you for taking the time to do these classes!
