Loved it, thank you Crista! Who doesn't need a big bear hug at the end of 2020? This challenge is such a sweet early Xmas present, have absolutely loved every class so far and this had all the playfulness and sweet hip openers that I love about Crista's classes. The Shavasana at the end with the birdsong was lovely, too :-)
