Loved everything about this class. Loved the new approaches to the same poses. Doing a class like this for the first time was so refreshing- attempting sugar cane and side crow in new ways. Side splits with an added challenge. Definitely coming back to this one. Thank you Crista!

May we go from confusion to understanding, may we go from the darkness to the light, may we go from connecting to the part of ourselves which is impermanent and reactive, instead to connecting to the deeper part of self which is eternal and the source of peace and love.
