That's a lot of hugs to give and get. Crista classes are fun and challenging. Love them.
Crista,
Fabulous, Wow and How Fun was That!!! Great sequencing, a cue at just the right moment and an appreciative full cycle of breath to right myself before the next movements. :)
The chanting was a beautiful close. Many thanks.
A fun practice with various balances and twists. Love how Crista makes me smile even when doing push ups!!!!
I have to admit, long ago when I first "met" Crista, I was not ready for her style. Every teacher on here has an incredible and unique gift, but Crista has an approach that is unlike any other I've ever experienced. This class does truly offer a delicious and stimulating challenge, and she does move at a pretty quick pace. But she always manages to throw in moves and poses that make me say "WOW" and hit spots I suddenly realize I've been hungry to get to for a loooong time. Not to mention she reminds us to smile. :)
If I may gush a little more: I could never have otherwise afforded (via time *or* money) all the different classes necessary to experience all of the phenomenal teachers and styles available on here, that have allowed me to discover and build my own inner teacher. I'm so grateful to (finally) be a subscriber. It's worth every penny. Thank you immensely, Crista and everyone, for giving us the tools to dramatically improve our lives and find empowerment through yoga. And for this fantastic big bear hug!!
