Really good class!
I found this a really helpful practice for late pregnancy, when I want to be gently active and know enough about modifications to try something not specifically prenatal. Thank you!
One thing I did find confusing, though, were the instructions about right v left leg. I couldn’t tell which one we were on a couple of times.
