Breathing Through Movement
This class is a quite an experience. It begins with the Ujayi Breath, then flows through a rigorous sun salutation, warming the body and focusing the mind. It then takes you to the floor, where you move through a series of deep stretches. Best of all, it finishes with a 20-minute Total Body Relaxation!

I love this class. The music in the background goes really well with the gentle voice of Davis’s instructions. Some poses were a bit challenging but I just tried as much as I could and didn’t force myself too much.
Wowsa. David’s routine for us here was just the right stretch for me a Beginner 2 trying Intermediate. Love the water, white oaks and fowl variety. David you are a yoga hero.
Love this class. Exactly what I was looking for for tight hips and lower back. Not sure why there were comments on David’s instructions- I thought they were very clear. Also you should always bring props (blocks, straps) to a class especially if you are new. Great class, very relaxing. Thank you David.
