This 30-Day Challenge helps you build a strong, daily practice, beginning with gentle vinyasa classes and progressing toward more challenging vinyasa flows. Classes are all 10-30 minutes during the week, 40-60 minutes on the weekend.

I love the new Track Your Progress feature for Challenges on the new website! I only wish the sidebar would show the amount of time each class takes so I can tell if I have time for it each day without actually going to the class to see how long it is. The classes were all great!
