Nice sequence. Good for a mediumish (or even lowish) energy day.

Good Fiji class. Slower but still challenging with a bit of Yin as well.

Nice hourlong hatha class. Challenging but not fast (and lovely gentle, stretchy parts too)

Another great Tracy class. Lots of stretch, some challenge, and finally crow and camel.

Love this one. Not overly fast. Some challenging balances but overall feels more Intermediate level 1 to me. -
Very fun. Some advanced poses but easy to modify.

Very nice half hour class. Moves along without being too fast with a moderate level of challenge

Another good Tracey class. Not too difficult (several half moons with an invitation to grab the floated foot in one).

Lots to be enjoyed here. Handstand is a very short part of the practice.
