For the first class in this 5-class series, David helps you loosen your body and connect to sensation using pranayama, meditation and asana. He helps you give attention to your whole body while encouraging you to practice mindfully.

Did the five class series after three weeks vacation - nice way to ease back. It says beginner but is good for all levels to connect to the breath and practice of yoga.
