Core Fusion Flow
This short fusion class incorporates pilates style exercises to build strength and increased awareness of your pelvic floor and deep abdominals. While this challenging class is beginner friendly it is also a good fit for anyone with a stronger practice that wants to build more strength around their pelvis, hips, hamstrings, abdominals and lower back.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.
