Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

I was worried that I'd find the transitions too fast based on the other comments, but it was a nice flow and quite manageable.
Eddy does talk quickly, more quickly than the flow and movement so I tried to focus on the pose and transitions less than on the words. I liked the "next few breaths are your own" to invite movement.
