Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

Great class. So many new and fun things. I really liked shaking between poses and the firework hands. My only disappointment is that we didn't do tree as was shown in the thumbnail (it's my favourite).
