Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

Great and truly energising class! It was a bit fast in some parts, and Eddie, you speak a bit too fast, I have a hearing impairment and it was a bit difficult to follow the instructions. Otherwise, really good!

Great class. I would just suggest having a block nearby. I use one for half moon pose
Very enjoyable. A little quick in some areas for me. But I really enjoyed the change in flow and inversion as well.
