Embodiment Meditation
This seated embodiment meditation with Ron invites participants to be present in their body. Following our breath, we turn inward and observe felt sensations and natural rhythms. We drop deeper into calming our nervous system, leaving the distractions of the busy world around us. Note: You may want to use a bolster or chair to sit on for this practice.
