I was debating renewing my membership (it expires today) and this class is what convinced me to renew. I found myself looking forward to every pose as it came up. I've been doing yoga for years but am also a runner, so my legs are usually quite tight and inflexible. Andrea offers options for various levels of flexibility, and I felt growth in my flexibility within the practice, and look forward to repeating it to see how my flexibility increases. It's such a sweet practice (no pun intended, but it fits). Thank you!

Brilliant quad opening class and fabulous instruction as always. Andrea has the nack of giving us the cue to make the tiniest of modifications which really make a difference e.g. concentrating on lifting the pubic bone when doing a quad stretch to take it out of the lower back. Really made such a difference knowing these little changes as they can really improve the poses and feel it in just the right places. Another brilliantly accessible class from Andrea, even though the poses themselves are quite tricky. Thank you Andrea, more please!!!

This class is absolutely perfect. I have done it several times and this was my first time after an extended break from yoga. Thank you, Andrea!
