We will do a full practice to warm up into a really fun sequence called the Floating Triangle Sequence. In this peak sequence, we will be using a lot of core and hip strength to move through poses where we are only supported on one leg. This will be a strong class, so modifications will be provided. Note: 2 blocks are recommended for this practice.

Great class Josh. Floating sounds light and easy but not so. Nice core workout. I've got to work on this class more. Love the spider pose, excellent stretch. Looking forward to more Josh classes. Namaste.
