Floating Triangle
We will do a full practice to warm up into a really fun sequence called the Floating Triangle Sequence. In this peak sequence, we will be using a lot of core and hip strength to move through poses where we are only supported on one leg. This will be a strong class, so modifications will be provided. Note: 2 blocks are recommended for this practice.

This is a very challenging class, my hamstrings are feeling it! I love Josh’ calm, friendly manner.
fun, energizing, fluid, just wonderful! I did chuckle when Josh says "...comes into a plank... moves into downward dog..." because it reminded me of Buffalo Bill, "it puts the lotion in the basket..." but that's a total plus for me.
So much fun! And such great/challenging standing balance practice for this topsy-turvy pretzel.
