great stretching - wonderful class
So great for tight calves! Wondering if it is for you today? Vinyasa flows with some stretch hold for 5 or so breaths. Lots of calf and IT band stretches, some back bends. Not a lot of twists or forward folds. So for me-perfect! Thank you Rachel!
