Very gentle indeed, more basic II IMO. Also, you can skip to 3:40 if you want to start the practice right-away
This class has too much talking for my taste. Overall, though, I really enjoyed the 22 day challenge and saved several classes to do again. Thank you DYWM!
Definitely not a stand alone practice (the conclusion of the 22 days challenge...)
I struggled with the belly resting phase, could there be an option for those of us with breasts?
Otherwise a relaxing class but my body was too cranky today to really enjoy it...
