Our peak pose challenges are meant to be flexible, allowing you to do each class when it suits you and feels right. For example, you can do classes back-to-back on the same day or leave 2 or 3 days in between. It's totally up to you.

Pincha Mayurasana is a pose that so many people strive for. It looks amazing, feels amazing and requires a significant amount of strength, flexibility and focus. Fiji takes on this challenge wholeheartedly, teaching you how to prepare your body through deep shoulder openers, gradual strength-building and the subtle awareness of balance, as you make your way to this wonderfully challenging yoga pose.
Pre-Challenge Preparation
Given the demands of this pose, make sure that you don't push yourself too hard. Take rest when you need to, and leave a few days between classes if that's what is best. You will need a yoga block and strap to complete this challenge.
