Lovely practice for sore lower back and neck! I had outpatient surgery a few days ago that left me in bed for a couple days. My hips and low back and neck were so sore. Josh's practice opened up those tight spots in a soothing, calming way. Thank you, Josh!

Wonderful stretching, calming class. This class is great for lower back stretch, hips and hamstrings. I have very tight hamstrings and I used a bolster under my knees for support. I had also done a cardio workout before this yin to warm my muscles. Thank you Josh.
