Forward Folds
This yin practice contains mainly forward folds for when your back feels tight and your head feels heavy. Take a few long hold stretches and allow the tension in your spine to melt away.

Delightful yin class. Thanks so much, Josh.
What a lovely class. Just what was needed to relax & remove the stress that creeps up on you during the festive season madness. a calming & grounding Christmas Eve will now be had. Thank you Josh
Not to be missed for morning! Don’t be fooled by the beginner one label, while simple moves they are extremely effective! My neck & backbody Feel absolutely amazing after doing this practice. Between a desk job, a driving commute, and sleeping I had no idea how stiff I was from top of the spine to the bottom and thru my hamstrings. This short practice addressed it all better than anything. I am doing it each morning as a gentle and not time consuming wake up stretch before my workday.
Thank you for holding this space to open the lower back. Lovely practice.
