The Fundamentals of Standing Poses
In this hatha yoga class with Rachel, we will explore the key actions necessary to practice standing postures safely and effectively. We will explore the actions of the hips in foundational poses such as warrior II so that you can learn to do these poses optimally for your own body. Note: We recommend using a block for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Its true when they say that when the student is ready the teacher appears. Finding Rachel ji's youtube content and now these classes has been like that for me. Thank you for such a wonderfully technical class. My biggest barrier to a consistent practise has been the lack of technical knowledge and not knowing if i'm doing the Asanas correctly.
