Ahh! I've been a fan of this site for a long time but have been away for a while. When I (a plus size woman) came back and saw there's now a plus size yoga section (with a plus size teacher!!) I was thrilled. This practice was a wonderful way to start my day. Thank you Helen for making me feel seen.

helen, thank you for your videos. Both my husband and I have many years of doing some yoga. We now have a special needs child (11 y. o.) and we've gotten her started on her practice. Your practices are some of the few on the website that are beginner, short enough (15-20 mins), and incorporating some relaxation and breath, so that she gets benefit. You are greatly appreciated!
