Gentle Yoga for the Neck

This short beginners yoga class takes you through how to stretch all of the major muscle groups of the neck, including those that are commonly responsible for headaches. It's a gentle yoga class that will make your neck feel so very good once you're done.

I’ve been doing this class in the morning and evening. It is great for relaxing the neck after using a keyboard for a while. Although I prefer the outdoor setting for the Release the Neck class, I feel this indoor class relaxes my neck and upper back better. Thanks, David, for the clear explanations.
