great session and instruction, thanks!
Phew, a bit challenging for me after a longer yoga pause but I loved it. And Rachel's classes are always fun, I really appreciate that. Thank you, Rachel!
I really appreciate Rachel’s Hands Free classes. I’m suffering with a wrist injury from a cycling accident. It’s frustrating to be sidelined from activities I love (including yoga). I was thrilled to find these classes. They really are challenging - even after repeating them for over a week now! My hip strength and balance are improving! Thank you! It would be nice to have more like these to add variety to my recovery time while maintaining condition and sanity!! Thanks for all you do!
My hands were a bit sore from some other classes so thought I'd try this one to give them a break. Wow! My hips and lower back were on fire with this class but that just showed they were tight. Enjoyed it! Thanks.
