Also perfect for when you're just not feeling it. You might be feeling funky or numb or angry or unsure how to get started. This is the perfect dose of confidence, believing in yourself, one foot in front of the other, and not thinking too hard about it. Rachel holds your hand and knows you can do it all on your own. Thank you for this practice!

Not just for hangovers! I did this one when I woke up with body aches and signs of a cold coming on. Just right! Gets the lymph flowing, very gently, super nourishing. I'd love more like this to keep up my practice even through minor illness.

After too much white wine last Night I actually woke up with a hangover and a major headache. I am now hydrated, in a good mood, headache still there, but at least the stiffness is gone. Thank you Rachel for the encouragement for self-care.
