I don't know how Tracey creates a 23 minute practice that's so complete and doesn't feel rushed, but she does. The absence of shavasana at the end is ok, since I follow her advice from another lesson to rest for 20 full breaths.

Thanks for that advice, jonathonlee. I usually just lay in savasana until I feel like moving. I tried the 20-breath rest today and it was great. So simple. :)

This is the PERFECT morning class. I've been doing it for five days in a row now, and I don't know how I could ever choose something else. Many beautiful poses in a short period of time, perfectly paced. It hits all the right spots when you want to wake up the body. A bit of hips, absolutely, but also the upper back and shoulders. Love, love love it.

Well that felt good! Hips, yes, but also hamstrings and back. Nicely paced with enough time to settle into the pose. Thanks, Tracey!
