Helpful class in that it normalized my feelings of stress and helped me think about new approaches in planning for the holidays. Good hip work also
Thank you, Helen, for your gentleness and kindness. I enjoy your practices for that reason.
I was excited when I heard you say we would journal and I did. When practicing yoga, answers may come to us, but we don't get the chance to write them down right away. We did in this practice.
One small request I have is, when it is time to journal, I need silence in order to think and write. If there is talking, I can't. If you could provide complete silence for those two minutes, except for the one-minute notice, that would be great.

I agree with the other posters that Helen's class is supportive, and gentle. However, I can only give it 3 stars as don't think it's an Intermediate level but rather Beginner.
The description might mention the amount of time given to the journalling - might just be me but I felt frustration rather than calm at the end of the class, sorry!
